Časopis krízový manažment vychádza pravidelne 2 krát za rok. Články sú do časopisu príjmané priebežne. Uzávierky do nasledúceho vydania nového čísla časopisu sú vždy do 15. marca a do 15. októbra. Tabuľka Akceptácia článkov prebieha na základe posúdenia článkov nezávislými oponentmi a rozhodnutia redakčnej rady. Redakcia časopisu akceptuje iba pôvodné články, ktoré ešte neboli uverejnené v žiadnom inom médiu a sú napísané v textovom editore MS Word, rozsah článkov by nemal prekročiť 10 strán formátu A4 a musí byť v súlade so schválenou šablónou, bez číslovania strán. Proces posudzovania článkov sa realizuje formou „Double-blind peer review“.

    Business continuity management (BCM) has become a critical element in corporate strategy, ensuring organizations are equipped to handle and recover from disruptive incidents and crises. The core of BCM is the business impact analysis (BIA), which assesses the potential consequences of business interruptions to determine the maximum acceptable outage (MAO) critical for designing recovery strategies. This article discusses the application of BIA alongside risk assessment to create a comprehensive framework for organizations to anticipate and prepare for threats, exemplified through a simplified case study that demonstrates how these tools can enhance a company's resilience to unforeseen events.

    Manažment rizík v športových organizáciách

    The environment of a sports organization is currently considered unstable, uncertain, and turbulent, with constantly changing conditions. There is a need to implement risk management in sports organizations, taking into account their specifics as well as the requirements for the nature of the activity that the risk manager should provide. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the current state of sports organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic in Slovakia, to propose the inclusion of a risk manager in the management of sports organizations and to describe the basic steps of applying the risk management process in sports organizations. In accordance with the set goal, the research methodology was selected. Observational methods, conclusions from empirical research, studies as well as scientific methods focused on the analysis and synthesis of the proposed solutions were used to obtain data.
